Planning an event is overwhelming, especially when it comes to tracking rsvps, managing guest preferences, and ensuring smooth communication. me’ashrim baklik simplifies this process with an intuitive, automated solution that saves time and reduces stress.
The challenge
Event planning is a nightmare without the right tools
most couples and event organizers struggle with:
messy guest lists spreadsheets become chaotic.
endless coordination guests send messages at all hours.
last minute stress who’s coming? who needs a vegan meal? no clarity.
Design challenge
The client had an existing branding style and a clear functional requirement for the system. my role was to translate this into an intuitive and visually appealing UI design without conducting preliminary ux research.
My design process
Understanding client needs
The client provided a detailed specification and instructed me to design according to their defined requirements.
The branding
Brand colors and logo were provided by the client,
with an emphasis on clean and aesthetic design.
Typography selection
The branding provided by the client did not include a suitable typeface, so I conducted research and selected rubik. this choice was driven by its high readability, modern design, and friendly appearance, aligning perfectly with the system’s goal of creating a clear, accessible, and user-friendly interface.
Collaboration and improvements
Throughout the process, I worked closely with the client, making real-time adjustments based on feedback.
